Pendler-Entlastung jetzt!
Falsche Maßnahmen, zum falschen Zeitpunkt, ohne Lenkungseffekt: Die CO2-Besteuerung, fehlender Benzinpreisdeckel, Erhöhung der Autobahnvignette und der Pkw-Maut. Die FCG Steiermark fordert in Allianz mit der Pendlerinitiative Steiermark: „Mit 1.Oktober die steirischen Pendler*innen zusätzlich mit einer CO2-Besteuerung zu belasten, ist unzumutbar. Der ohnehin hohe Spritpreis wird dadurch nochmals um 8 Cent/Liter (Diesel: 9 Cent) teurer. Die Einmalzahlungen von 500 Euro Klima + Antiteuerungsbonus reichen bei weitem nicht aus, um diese Teuerungen aufzufangen, ganz abgesehen davon, dass damit auch die erhöhten Gas- und Strompreise abgegolten werden sollen. Zur Erinnerung: von den 535.000 unselbständig Beschäftigten pendeln 350.000(!) aus, 5x die Woche, 22 Tage im Monat. Niemand von ihnen fährt freiwillig, der Spritverbrauch wird um nichts geringer, der Lenkungseffekt ist NULL! Die Regierung muss jetzt handeln – wir fordern eine Aussetzung der CO2-Steuer zumindest bis zum Herbst 2023! Die Verteuerung der Autobahnvignette und der PKW-Maut ist eine Frage von Wochen! Auch hier sind die Berufspendler*innen besonders betroffen, wer zB. von Graz aus in den obersteirischen Zentralraum (oder umgekehrt) fährt, nimmt die A 9, die Bundesstraße ist keine Alternative. Eine wirksame Entlastung wäre die Möglichkeit, die Ausgaben für Pkw- Maut und Autobahn-Vignette als Werbungskosten von der Steuer abzusetzen. Die Steirische Pendlerinitiative unterstützt diese Möglichkeit, eine weitere Belastung der Pendler*innen zu verhindern. Gleichzeitig fordern die Pendlerinitative die Anhebung des amtlichen Kilometergeldes auf 60 Cent. Die letzte Anpassung erfolgte im Jahr 2008 und ist daher nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
FCG-GPA Betriebsräteseminar, 14.-15.11.2022, in Loipersdorf
Im November 2022 haben wir für unsere FCG-GPA Betriebsräte wieder ein interessantes und spannendes Seminar angeboten. Der Zulauf war enorm und die BRs bekamen einen Einblick in die aktuelle Judikatur und es wurde über das Urlaubsgesetz inkl. Pflegefreistellung und Dienstverhinderung referiert. Es kam zu interessanten Diskussionen mit den Vortragenden Helmut Krivec, Christa Weißenbacher und Ulli Zambelli. Am zweiten Tag referierte Johann Hartinger, Personalvertreter beim Finanzamt, über die Arbeitnehmerveranlagung und Aktuellem aus dem Steuerrecht.
FCG-ÖAAB gewinnt bei Betriebsratswahlen im LKH Graz-Standort West
Am 03.11.2022 wurden die Weichen bei der Betriebsratswahl im LKH Graz-Standort West für die Zukunft gestellt. Wir konnten wieder sechs der elf zu vergebenden Mandate gewinnen und stellen somit wieder den Vorsitzenden. Unser langjähriger Betriebsratsvorsitzender Karlheinz Dieber und sein Team sind höchst motiviert, verfügen über ein hohes Maß an sozialer Kompetenz und werden gemeinsam die kommenden Herausforderungen meistern. Die FCG Steiermark gratuliert dem siegreichen Betriebsratsteam.

Nicht nur mit der ausgezeichneten Kulinarik des Gösserbräu wurden die Geehrten verwöhnt, sondern auch von echt steirischer Volksmusik durch die Altsteirer Musik Kogler. Eduard Zentner als ÖLAKT-Vorsitzender-Stv. wiedergewählt
Im Rahmen der österreichweiten Vollversammlung der Landarbeiterkammern wurde der Vorstand des Österreichischen Landarbeiterkammertages wiedergewählt. Neben der Wahl bekräftigten die Delegierten des ÖLAKT ihre Forderungen nach einer bundesweiten Ausbildung für die Lehrlinge in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft, besseren Arbeitsbedingungen für unsere Mitglieder und finanzierbarer nachhaltiger Energie! Fünf Jahre lang setzte sich der Vorstand des Österreichischen Landarbeiterkammertages erfolgreich für die Arbeitnehmer*innen in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft ein und stellte sich bei der Vollversammlung zur Wiederwahl. Die Delegierten legten die Geschicke des ÖLAKT weiterhin in die Hände des Vorsitzenden Ing. Andreas Freistetter (Präsident der Landarbeiterkammer Niederösterreich) sowie seiner Stellvertreter Ing. Eduard Zentner (Präsident der LAK Steiermark), Bgm. Andreas Gleirscher (Präsident der LAK Tirol) und Alexander Rachoi (Vizepräsident der LAK Kärnten). „Ich freue mich über das Votum der Delegierten und versichere, dass wir die mehr als 100.000 Beschäftigten in der Land- und Forstwirtschaft weiterhin erfolgreich vertreten werden“, so Freistetter, der seit 2005 als Präsident an der Spitze der NÖ Landarbeiterkammer steht und 2016 den ÖLAKT- Vorsitz übernommen hatte.

In Eigenregie wurden 300 Burger gegrillt, Pommes gemacht und natürlich auch Bier gezapft. Im Vordergrund stand vor allem der persönliche Austausch der Kolleginnen. September 2022 für nationale und globale Zukunftsfragen die unser Leben bestimmen. Waren im Vorjahr die Themen „Covid 19 Pandemie und Migration“ im Zentrum, bestimmen jetzt vor allem die Überlebens – Strategien der Menschen die Diskussionen. Noch nie waren in der jüngeren Geschichte so viele Bedrohungen gleichzeitig. Diese Schwerpunkte präsentierte Erich Amerer – Vorsitzender der Landespensionisten – in seiner Einleitungsanalyse und kritisierte auch die schwindende Solidarität, dabei insbesondere die Opposition, die durch ihre unfairen Attacken das Klima belasten. Neben der nach wie vor grassierenden Pandemie, der Klimaveränderungen, der Migration, des Krieges in der Ukraine, der galoppierenden Inflation, den Energieproblemen, ist es vor allem die Teuerungswelle, die die Menschen belasten. Mit der Referentin aus dem Parlament, NRAbg. Mag. Romana Deckenbacher, wurden die vorgenannten Probleme aber auch der Bereich der Pflege älterer Menschen im Detail besprochen. Auf Grund der Aktualität – in den nächsten Tagen finden die Verhandlungen über die Pensionserhöhung statt – präsentierte das Präsidiumsmitglied der Bundes FCG das Forderungsprogramm auf Basis der Kosten – Steigerungen mit dem Schwerpunkt der finanziellen Entlastungen. Ein neues Bedrohungsszenarium betrifft die Energieversorgung ausgelöst durch den Angriffskrieg Russlands gegen die Ukraine und reduzierter Gaslieferungen. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde von den Medien behauptet, dass auch die Elektrizitätsversorgung gefährdet ist, mit einem totalem Strom-Blackout europaweit. Die Menschen werden aufgefordert Krisenvorsorge zu treffen. Um die Realität zu erfahren, gab es Information aus erster Hand durch den Verbund-Geschäftsführer Ing. Mag. Michael Amerer. Anhand belegter Fakten über die Situation der Erzeugung, insbesondere in Österreich, mit besten Informationen wie Schaubilder und Videos, konnten die Anwesenden für ihre eigene Situation Entscheidungen finden. Wichtig bei der Anschaffung von Notstromaggregaten ist die fachliche Beratung auch über die Netztrennungsmaßnahmen. Unser Abgeordneter im Bundesrat, Oberarzt Dr.med. Karlheinz Kornhäusl, informierte über den dzt. Stand der Situation im Allgemeinen im Lande und im Besonderen in den Spitälern. Wenn nicht neue Virenarten auftauchen, scheint die Situation beherrschbar. Entscheidend ist aber auch die Vorsicht jedes Einzelnen. Dass trotz aller Probleme die Wirtschaft erfolgreich agieren kann, mit Sicherung der Arbeitsplätze und der Versorgung der Bevölkerung, ist der Regierung zu danken für ihre Initiativen. Die Folgeschäden der Pandemie waren ein eigenes Thema. Für die Ausrichtung unserer Fraktionsarbeit und der Umsetzung unserer Ziele referierten unsere Vorsitzenden KR Ing. Peter Amreich und LEV Franz Gosch. Erfreulich ist die Zunahme an Mitgliedern und Betriebsräten und der Einfluss der FCG im ÖGB auf die Arbeitnehmer-Politik. Im Detail wurde über die laufenden KV-Verhandlungen diskutiert, mit der Forderung auf Abgeltung der Inflation und Lohn- und Gehaltserhöhungen darüber hinaus. Interessant war auch die Präsentation der Entwicklung der Arbeitswelt. Sorgen bereiten auch die Veränderungen der Arbeitswelt mit den negativen Entwicklungen des Arbeitsrechts. GS Alexander Jansa & LJV Marcel Mikysek präsentierten ihre erfolgreiche Jugendarbeit, verbunden mit den Mitglieder-Werbeaktionen. Zwei Tage intensive Diskussionen mit klaren Zielen wurden von GS Andreas Gjecaj zusammengefasst und beim Bundespräsidium der FCG deponiert. Für die gute Organisation waren wieder zuständig LS KR René Heinrich und Ass. Christina Economou-Klug. Damit sich die Jungen & Alten auch gesellig „näher“ kommen, gibt es immer einen speziellen Grillabend mit fröhlichen Geschichten. animation_speed=“0.3″ animation_offset=““] Am 02.06.2022 durfte ich im Zuge der FCG-Landesfrauenkonferenz den Vorsitz der FCG-Frauen in der Steiermark übernehmen und damit in die großen Fußstapfen unserer lieben Barbara Hollomey treten. Die Übergabe war wie gewohnt vorbildlich organisiert und weil gewisse Dinge natürlich einer längeren Planung und Vorlaufzeit bedürfen, waren die wichtigsten Vorbereitungen für unsere Sommerakademie bereits frühzeitig von Barbara arrangiert worden. Mein Auftrag war es nun vor Ort die Organisation und Durchführung zu übernehmen, darauf zu achten, dass alles entsprechend für uns vorbereitet ist und uns gut durch diese zwei Tage zu führen. Die alljährliche Sommerakadamie der FCG-Frauen wurde bereits vor einigen Jahren von Barbara Hollomey ins Leben gerufen– sie hat also durchaus schon Tradition – und wird immer wieder gerne und zahlreich besucht. Die Inhalte der Akademie erstrecken sich über gewerkschaftliche Themen bis hin zu Persönlichkeitsbildung und -kompetenz, Rhetorik, Kommunikation, Politik und vielem mehr. Auch heuer hatten wir wieder eine großartige Referentin, die uns gut durch diese zwei Tage geleitet hat. Dr. Karin Petter-Trausnitz, MSc (Expertin für Sozialethik und Referentin für Bildung und Schulung in der FCG) arbeitete heuer intensiv mit uns an unserem „Rollenverständnis“. Eine sehr komplexe und vielfältige Thematik insbesondere, weil jede(r) von uns im Lebensalltag so viele verschiedene Rollen ausfüllt und es daher oftmals sehr schwierig sein kann, die jeweils passende Rolle zu finden und einzunehmen. Wir durften Techniken kennenlernen, die uns helfen sollen die eigenen Rollen bewusst zu gestalten und haben gelernt, wie wir diese selbstreflexiv und selbstsicher leben können. Mit Hilfe der 3-Welten-Theorie (Dr. Bernd Schmid) konnten wir uns einen guten Überblick über unsere Rollen verschaffen. Ein großer Dank gebührt dabei unserer lieben Referentin, die uns sehr spannende und interessante Zugänge zu diesem umfassenden Thema eröffnet und mit uns erarbeitet hat. Abgerundet hat unseren ersten Tag das überaus spannende Kamingespräch mit unserem FCG-Generalsekretär Andreas Gjecaj. Er berichtete beeindruckend von seinen Zugängen und jüngsten Erfahrungswerten zum Thema „Gedanken und Überlegungen für eine moderne Gewerkschaft“ und regte damit zu sehr interessanten Dialogen an. Ein perfekter Abschluss für einen perfekten Tag – vielen Dank an unseren Generalsekretär, der es immer wieder schafft, uns mit den vielseitigsten Themen zum Nachdenken und Gedankenaustausch zu animieren. „Last, but not least“ durfte ich im Namen der FCG-Steiermark unserer Barbara Hollomey für ihr jahrelanges Wirken als FCG-Landesfrauenvorsitzende ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön aussprechen und ein kleines Zeichen der Anerkennung übergeben. Auch in diesem Rahmen sei ihr nochmals von Herzen gedankt – für alles, was sie für uns geleistet hat und dafür, dass sie auch weiterhin als Stütze im Landesvorstand fungieren wird. Die Sommerakademie der FCG-Frauen war wieder einmal ein voller Erfolg und glänzte mit ihren vielseitigen, überaus motivierten und tollen Teilnehmerinnen.
